The portlet displays posted time by project for the logged in user based on time period and date range. This allows the user to see at a glance their ETC and actuals on the projects. The portlet displays the Total Allocation and Total Actuals to Date for the user on the projects they are allocated/assigned to. The actuals are displayed per month in the form of TSVs. -

Often, you would want to disallow users from making edits to stay on the same page after changing the data by clicking Save. By forcing the users to click Save and Return, they are forced out of the page. For the above-mentioned reason, the Clarity admin can add the code in the attached tech-trick document, and that will hide the Save button from being displayed. -
The Rego Group Rights portlet is a useful list view for functional administrators. It provides a flat view of all the Global, OBS and Instance rights that have been granted to all the groups in Clarity. It can be further filtered by just the rights type and/or the security group. It is also possible to export out to file in spreadsheet (csv, xlsx) or PowerPoint formats with OOB Clarity functionality. -

Take your project task information straight from Excel right into CA PPM. Task Name, Start Date, Finish Date and Percent Complete can all be imported or updated directly. Other fields can be added with a short Rego Consulting engagement. Installation of the base app requires 10 hours of Rego Consulting engagement time. A Quick Reference Guide to assist in the administrative process of adding an attribute to a Clarity object. Attributes store information associated with object views. For example, Start and Finish are a Date type attributes and Project Type is a lookup type attribute on the Project object.
