  • The Revenue Forecast portlet displays projected revenue at a project level broken out by month.  This portlet assists in viewing all project revenue data at once and making it easily exportable.   The table below describes the available filter fields in the portlet.
    Column Label Description
OBS OBS to filter projects with
    Status Status of the project
    Closure Probability ?
Months Month(s) of Project Revenue to display
  • The RM Governance portlet provides resource availability, allocation, and comparison of the two values at 2, 4, and 8-week intervals. Allows searching on any RM or resource OBS instead of pre-filtering for the logged in user.
  • Based on the pre-determined schedule frequency, this job will send an email to Resource Managers that have a Resource meeting the criteria of: Average allocations are greater than 120% where Resource(s) and Project(s) are active over the next 90 days. This serves as a reminder to Resource Managers to monitor and manage allocations. The contents of the email include a message indicating the Resource Manager has at least one Resource meeting this criteria and a table indicating the Resource and that resource’s average, next 90 days allocations.
  • Based on the pre-determined schedule frequency, this job will send an email to Resource Managers that have a Resource meeting the criteria of: Average allocations are less than 100% where Resource(s) and Project(s) are active over the next two weeks. This serves as a reminder to Resource Managers to monitor and manage allocations. The contents of the email include a message indicating the Resource Manager has at least one Resource meeting this criteria and a table indicating the Resource and that resource’s average, next 90 days allocations.
  • Process sends an email to RM, for resources assigned, that indicates the allocation percentage for each resource for the next 6 weeks.  Email has links to each resource so that allocation modifications can be made as required.
  • Process provides the RM with assigned resources availability percentage for the next four weeks.  Grid displays all resources with their total allocated hours by week, and an average availability percent (4 Wk Avail %) for next four weeks.  If % Available is negative, this indicates an over-allocation.  Zero% Average Availability indicates fully allocated (no remaining availability).  Links at the resource name allow for modifications by the RM.
  • The Roadmap Cloning process creates a clone of any existing roadmap.  It should be run using the “Execute a Process” job.  To specify a roadmap to clone the Start Step Action’s Custom Script Parameters need to be updated to include the proper roadmap ID in the templateCode field.
  • Out of the box, there is no way to export or report on the Modern UX Roadmap Grid view. This report allows the end user to select one or more roadmaps and provides an exportable view of several OOTB fields from those roadmaps. When exported to and open in excel, the first tab will display a combined view of all selected Roadmaps, one row for every Roadmap Item, and additional tabs will display Roadmap-specific views. Custom attributes may be added to the report by your developers.
  • This Roadmap add-on provides configurable Role-based metrics that can be used in the grid view as targets and constraints. Select your valuable roles in the “targets” and once selected, the “sync” button will bring in any current allocations against projects and allow editing any of the total numbers directly in a scenario.  This will provide deeper insights into impacts of plans on teams/resources in addition to the out of the box money and time constraints.
  • This is a graphic portlet that pulls the average schedule variance by OBS node of the project.  The portlet allows you to choose any OBS that is associated to the Project Object. Users can filter by:
    1. OBS Type
    2. If the project is financially approved?
    3. Financial Status
  • This portlet shows the variance between the schedule finish and baseline finish for projects. The portlet also displays the schedule variance: {(Finish-Start) – (Baseline Finish-Baseline Start)}.
  • The Scheduled Jobs Cleanup process removes all completed job instances that have run before a date set by the administrator. The administrator may use the gel parameter to update the amount of days since each job has run. Based on that date, the workflow will eliminate all jobs that have surpassed that threshold. This workflow helps administrators maintain the job logs and queue by eliminating jobs that users have potentially forgotten to remove on their own.
