  • This portlet displays the % allocation of resources to projects. The portlet shows if the resource is allocated to the projects as an individual resource or as part of an Agile team, in which case it will display the resource % allocation to the team and what that will represent in terms of % allocation to the project. The Total Allocation % display the allocation of the resource to all investments is allocated to. Remaining Capacity and Over/Under columns will help identify the resources that still have availability and the ones that are over allocated.

  • This portlet displays the actual hours resources entered against investments. The per-period actual hours can be showed in days, weeks, months, quarters, or years. The data can be filtered by Resource, Resource Manager, OBS Unit, Investment and time period
  • The Projects That Should Be Closed portlet displays all projects that have been created before the specified filter date and has had no new time, tasks, or risks/issues updated after the dates specified in the filter.  This can assist in identifying projects that are completed or cancelled and should be closed. The table below describes the available columns in the portlet.

  • The Late Tasks portlet provides a Project Manager the ability to view and track tasks across multiple projects with due dates in the past.  This portlet provides a single consolidated view of late tasks, their task start and finish date, and ETCs remaining for the task.  Also displayed is the number of days that the Task Finish Date is different from the current baseline finish date (Days Late) as well as the number of days that have passed beyond the task finish date and the current date (Days Old). The user will see all tasks associated with the projects to which they have access.
