Converts one Investment type to another investment type. Functionality • One investment type instance converted to another investment type • Investment object level attributes are copied over by default • Investment sub-objects can be chosen to be copied • The attributes and sub-objects to be copied to must be api enabled • Can convert from non api enabled object like other work to api enabled Custom CIT • Attribute mapping does not support multivalued lookups yet • If auto-numbering is not enabled for target investment type of the sub-objects, an ID will be auto-generated. • Associated risks and issues will not be copied over • Target investment status will be "Unapproved" • If there are Mandatory target investment type attributes either o use a template to convert where having a value in the attribute is not mandatory or Have a default value in the mandatory field defined on the object • If effort task creation is enabled, the effort task will also be brought over. o The effort task will appear with custom code if a investment template is used for conversion • The allocations will extend to the finish of the new investment if investment template is used which has tasks • Almost 500 instances of sub-objects are supported at this point. • The values in lookups need to be active or the process will error out • All required attributes must be api enabled -
Late Tasks report provides the Project Managers a single place to view all the Tasks that are past their baseline finish date. This report provides information such as Investment ID, Investment Name, Investment Manager, Task Name, Start Date, Finish Date, ETC Hours, Days Old and Days Late in Table view. User can further narrow their search by OBS Type & Path, Investment Manager, Investment Name and whether the Task is a Milestone or not. -

The Rego Group Rights portlet is a useful list view for functional administrators. It provides a flat view of all the Global, OBS and Instance rights that have been granted to all the groups in Clarity. It can be further filtered by just the rights type and/or the security group. It is also possible to export out to file in spreadsheet (csv, xlsx) or PowerPoint formats with OOB Clarity functionality. -
Late Issues report provides the Project Managers a single place to view all the Open Issues that are past their target resolution date. This report provides information such as Issue Count, Issues by OBS Level 2, Priority, Status and Target Resolution Date in Stacked Column Chart. In addition, this report has also Table view of Issue information such as Investment Name, Issue Name, Investment Manager, Issue ID, Owner, Target Resolution Date, Status and Priority. User can further narrow their search by OBS Type & Path and Target Resolution Date. -
The Enhanced Time Tracking Stalker – Resource workflow process is used to notify resources who failed to submit a timesheet for the prior time period they must take action. The workflow checks for active resources (by using the hire and termination dates, their track mode and that they are open for time entry). Each resource who meet the criteria receives an email asking them to submit their outstanding timesheet(s). The email includes a table that contains this information: time period, timesheet status and any hours currently saved on the timesheet. All outstanding timesheets are included in the table with links to the timesheet in the Modern User Experience side of Clarity. This process helps to ensure the timely submission of timesheets.
