It displays the following: Allocated Hours by OBS chart: Pie chart that displays percentage of resources that are fully allocated (80 -120 %) and under allocated (less than 80%) for a particular OBS and selected period range. Grid: Displays Resource Name, Resource Id, Primary Role, Booking Manager, Period, Allocated hours and Actual hours during that period. You can further narrow your search by OBS Type, OBS Path & Period Date range. -

Benefits by year report provide the project manager a single place to view Benefit plan (Forecast /Budgeted) and its associated benefit for various years across multiple projects. Information is displayed in a bar graph and user can further drill down the details to investment level. Project Managers can use this report to analyze if the projects are giving intended benefits and take appropriate decisions accordingly. User can further narrow their search by OBS Type & Path, Plan Type (Budget/Forecast), Year and Is Plan of Record?. -
Capacity Graph report displays Availability, Allocations, Actuals and Assignments for one or more active resource(s) in a single view. Report contains the following components: KPIs: Displays Available hours, Allocation + ETC for filtered criteria. Bar graph: Displays Allocation + ETC by primary role Line chart: Displays Availability, Allocations, Actuals and Assignments by time period. This portlet provides Resource Managers, PMOs and Executives with a simple way to analyze: Allocations vs. Availability, Allocations vs. Actuals, Allocations vs. ETC and ETC vs. Availability. User can further narrow their search by OBS Type & Path, Resource Manager, Primary Role, Start and End Date. -
The Capacity vs. Booking Status by OBS report includes three charts. The line chart displays capacity compared to demand, with demand distributed by booking status, and actuals by period. The pie charts display demand by booking status and demand by employment type. The report also includes a detail listing of resource capacity and demand at the booking status level across investments. The report can be grouped by any OBS level, providing visibility into resources at any level of the organization. The report displays amounts by week or month, and in total. The amounts can be displayed as hours or FTEs. Report Prerequisites Verify that you have completed the following prerequisites before you run this report: • Resource capacity amounts display if the resource has availability that is defined and meets the parameter criteria. • Resource demand allocation amounts display if the resource is allocated to at least one investment. Resource assignments are not required. • The Load Data Warehouse job must be run before you run this report. If the Data Warehouse is not populated, the report will not display any data. Also, most of the report parameters do not display options. -

The report gives you visibility into the capacity, demand, and remaining capacity by resource. The report displays amounts by week or month, and in total. The amounts might be displayed as hours or FTEs. Report Prerequisites: Verify that you have completed the following prerequisites before you run this report: • The Load Data Warehouse job must be run before you run this report. If the Data Warehouse is not populated, the report will not display any data. Also, most of the report parameters do not display options. • Resource demand allocation amounts display if the resource is allocated to at least one investment and the report display type of hours as allocations. Resource demand assignment amounts display if the resource is assigned to at least one task on the investment and the report displays type of hours as assignments. -
The Capacity vs. Demand by Role report provides visibility into resource utilization by comparing available capacity to actual demand across investments at the role level. It highlights capacity, demand, and remaining capacity, helping identify potential surpluses or shortfalls. Data can be viewed by week or month and displayed in either hours or full-time equivalents (FTEs) to support detailed workforce planning and analysis. -
The Financial Budget vs. Forecast by Period report provides insight into financial performance by comparing planned or budgeted costs against forecasted costs across defined time periods. It highlights period-level and total variances to help identify trends and deviations. Results can be grouped by up to two financial attributes, such as Charge Code, Cost Type, Department, Input Type, Location, Resource, Resource Class, Role, Transaction Class, or User Values 1 and 2, allowing flexible analysis by key dimensions. -
The Financial Budget vs. Forecast by Period Detail report provides a detailed breakdown of planned or budgeted costs compared to forecasted costs by investment. It displays variances for each period and in total. Users can filter or drill down to view the specific investments that contribute to selected financial plan groupings. -
The Financial Summary by Transaction Class provides a visual graph for each year’s financial picture for multiple years. Report contains the following items: KPIs: Displays total benefit, capital, expense and net cash flow for the selected filter criteria Grid: Displays year wise break up of benefit, capital, expense and net cash flow for the selected filter criteria Graph: Benefit, capital, expense and net cash flow are depicted in graphical way for multiple years. This report will show the user where they need to concentrate their efforts in order to meet financial commitments. User can further narrow their search by OBS Type & Path.
